Learning through a practical experience from our Care Services business in Australia, the concept or soul of services is to make life better and assist in achieving life goals for old age, people with divyang and people requiring a care support in general. Due to busy life schedule and many social commitments in India, immediate family members have less time to look after old age and people with divyang. They also have work, personal life, spouse and kid’s responsibilities to take care of. This at times unknowingly takes toll on life of a family members requiring a quality care support as an old age, disabled etc., who are not self-sufficient to look after themselves. This may result in, such family members not only compromising with receiving a required quality care support but also missing out to follow their personal hobbies, interests, medical attention and simply to live their life as per their desires for example going on holidays or place of worship, community gathering with same age people, social interactions etc.
Taking all these into consideration, we have developed a business model and a structure which aim not only to provide a quality care services to the people who needs most and who are unknowingly ignored for their personal needs, but also to assist in following their hobbies, interests and to make their life active and happy.
